Laura is an independent Consultant and Auditor with over 20 years of experience. She has been awarded a Master of Environmental Management (Cleaner Production) from the University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Science (Ecology and Conservation) from Flinders University, and a Graduate Diploma of Work Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle. She has delivered both in-house and consulting services to a diverse range of organisations within Australia and the UK.
Laura develops high quality and easy-to-use management systems and plans. She has acquired a detailed knowledge of environmental and workplace health and safety legislation, and has personally developed a comprehensive database of relevant Australian legislation, with plain English interpretations. As requested, Laura provides legal reviews and develops legal registers for her clients.
Laura is a certified ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. She conducts audits with various scopes and purposes for a diverse range of industries during planning, construction and operational phases. She has provided both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification and surveillance audits representing an Accredited Certification Body.
Laura provides services throughout Australia. She is available to visit clients in South Australia and provides online services throughout Australia. As required she refers on to other qualified and experienced professionals.
Roland is a HSEQ Consultant with over 30 years of experience across a diverse range of industry sectors, which includes utilities, construction, mining, engineering, property, manufacturing, aerospace, chemical/petrochemicals, food/dairy, healthcare and education. Roland has provided services within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China.
He has a strong background in: regulatory compliance; developing robust and sustainable integrated management systems; and, auditing. He has a deep appreciation of the challenges and requirements confronting businesses that allows him to tailor effective and sustainable strategies and solutions for his clients.
His qualifications include a Master of Science (Safety, Health and Environmental Technology), a Bachelor of Science (Industrial Engineering) and a certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Roland is registered as a Chartered Engineer and Chartered OHS Professional/Fellow of the SIA. He is also an IRCA Lead Auditor (quality, OHS and environmental).
Roland is based in Melbourne and provides services locally in Victoria and interstate when permitted. He is also available online.
